Quality Measures Reporter can help you measure, report and comply.

Quality Measures Reporter (QMR) lets you manage your clinical benchmarking and analytics and complete regulatory reporting requirements under one platform. QMR can be implemented quickly with minimal disruption using data from QualityAdvisor™. QMR gives you the opportunity to compare your data against national benchmarks.

Measure

Compare your performance against national benchmarks. Data is either abstracted manually or by electronic measures, electronic clinical quality measures (eCQMS) pulled from the EHR, in same application.

Report

A Premier® data support team works directly with you to assure all data is accurate and submitted on time to meet Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and The Joint Commission (TJC) deadlines.

Comply

QMR supports TJC and CMS quality measures (including all sets for the National Hospital Quality measures as well as TJC Primary Stroke Center and Advanced Certification for Heart Failure), and the American Heart Association’s Get with the Guidelines^® for stroke program.

Key Features:

QMR offers skip logic to abstract only necessary elements, concurrent abstraction capabilities, enhanced data integrity checks and validations, and auto-profiling and sampling of patients for each measure.

Premier’s support of both chart abstraction and eCQM through QMR allows members to view all quality measures in the same reports.

Premier’s group of subject matter experts provides education on quality measures and regulatory updates. The group also assists in addressing abstraction and regulatory requirement questions.
